Where To Use Your Card
The first step in using your gift card is locating the box to type in your gift card code. It’s not hard to find, but you do need to know where to look.
The gift card box is found on the Shopping Cart page. Look for a box labeled “Gift Certificates and Discount Codes” below the listing of products in the center of the page. Please refer to the screen shot below:
Note: You will not see the Gift Certificates and Discount Codes box if your shopping cart does not contain any products.
How To Use Your Card
Once you’ve located the Gift Certificates and Discount Codes box, simply type in your code and hit the “Apply Coupon” button. Make sure to type your code in exactly as found on your gift card, including hyphens where necessary.
After hitting the Apply Coupon button, you will receive a message notifying you of whether your code was entered correctly or not. You will also see your codes in the totals area of the shopping cart, and once again on the order review screen at the end of checkout. Check the totals and make sure your credit is being applied correctly.
If you receive an error message, then your code was not recognized by our system. Try again, making sure to type the code exactly as printed on your gift card, including hyphens where necessary. If you’re sure you’re typing the code in correctly but still receiving an error, please contact us and we will sort it out for you.
Additional Information
Shipping & Tax: As much credit as possible will be applied to your order, up to and including shipping and tax. These totals may not be updated until your shipping address and shipping method have been selected in the checkout process. Check the totals area on the order review screen at the end of checkout to confirm that your credit is being applied correctly.
Checking Your Balance: Electronically delivered gift certificates (E-Gift Certificates) will receive a PIN in addition to the gift card code for use in checking the balance of the e-gift certificate. Printed gift cards (including Just One charge-up cards) will not receive a PIN. The simplest way to check your balance with these cards is to add products to your cart and apply your gift card. The system will apply the maximum possible credit against these products, allowing you to determine the amount of credit remaining on your card.
